Spring Awakening Reset (Without the Crash) is a 2-hour seasonal workshop designed to help you shed winter heaviness, wake up your energy, and regain clarity without aggressive cleanses or rigid routines. Especially if your system feels sensitive, foggy, or easily overwhelmed, this reset meets you where you are.
Through gentle, rhythmic movement, we’ll invite circulation and momentum back into the body. A short grounding meditation will help you integrate the effects of movement and settle your nervous system before we shift into practical, real-life tools for spring.
You’ll learn simple ways to support digestion, energy, and focus through spring-friendly foods, easy teas, and daily habits that encourage clarity without burning you out. Reflection and intention-setting are woven throughout the experience.
Rather than forcing a “spring detox,” this workshop focuses on resetting your rhythm, moving energy, simplifying gently, and aligning with the natural momentum of the season.
