Late winter can feel heavy.
Tight in the chest.
Short on patience.
Low on warmth... emotionally and physically.

This is the season where stagnation shows up as frustration, irritability, and a nervous system that feels a little crispy around the edges.

The Heart Space is a 2-hour workshop designed to help you soften what’s hardened, move what’s stuck, and reconnect to warmth without forcing positivity or pushing your body past its limits.

We’ll blend gentle, heart-opening movement, grounding touch and breath practices, and simple rituals you can actually take home to support your nervous system as winter slowly loosens its grip.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space so feeling can move, breath can deepen, and the heart can thaw at its own pace.
