✨ Bittersweet news! ✨

This week is my LAST Thursday 6 PM Vinyasa at Down Dog Yoga Mt. Holly.
After this studio (OTY + DDY) being my home for over 12 years, this is the first time since 2013 I won’t have a weekly class in Mt. Holly.

💛 It’s a big shift, and I’m feeling all the feels, all the gratitude, and all the nostalgia!

Not to worry... I’ll still be teaching special events in Mt. Holly and staying on the sub list, so our paths will continue to cross.... for example:
🔥 My annual Ingnite Your Agni class is ON for Thanksgiving Day in Mt Holly, 9-10:15am! Virtual option available (but come in person if you can!)

👀 I’m transitioning to the Denver studio weekly, where I’ll be teaching Tuesdays 8:15am Slow Flow starting 11/11!

Come flow with me one last Thursday Evening in Mt. Holly, then join me in Denver for morning slow flow magic.

When my brain’s all over the place (aka most mornings, aka TODAY), I try to come back to these three questions:
🌿 How can I serve today?
🔥 What fears can I release today?
✨ How can I align with my best self today?

No pressure to have deep answers sometimes it’s “drink water” or “take a nap before I spiral.”
Sometimes theres no obvious answer and it's more about slowing down enough to ask.

3️⃣ Feel your shoulders drop
