Erasing the Stigma is an educational program to help erase the stigma of mental illness and to promote good mental health and wellness. His bandage is a symbol to remind us that mental illnesses are real and treatable and that it's important to keep our brains healthy. His life preserver is a symbol that every life is valuable and worth saving and that it is okay to ask for help. This program is FREE for Middle TN and West TN.

Did you know that ADHD, behavior problems, anxiety, and depression are the most commonly diagnosed mental disorders in children? Annually, Mental Health America of the MidSouth serves more than 20,000 children and youth in Middle and West Tennessee.
