There’s a different kind of exhaustion…
The kind where you’re tired, hurting, and starting to wonder if this is just how it’s going to be.

That’s where Emily was.
Sleeping only a couple hours a night.
Hip pain running the show.

What a great turnout for our Health & Wellness Night Out at The Farmer’s Wife! We had an absolute blast teaching and demonstrating some of our favorite treatment techniques including dry needling, cupping, taping, and heated scraping.

It was so fun meeting everyone, answering questions, and helping people discover new ways to move better and feel better. 💪
