Anyone can join this one hour zoom to learn more about resources of Farm Bureau and to connect with other members across the state.

This is a great opportunity to learn about materials that are available to promote and educate the public about agriculture. Only a small percentage of our population is still connected to a farm. This is a great way to learn of resources available to introduce broad community to agriculture and the importance of agriculture in our lives. I hope you are able to attend.

🌱⛳️ STEM on the Course — First Green Event!

Today, 135 Litchfield Elementary 4th graders brought their learning outdoors for the First Green experience at the Litchfield Golf Course! Students explored hands-on STEM stations covering turf science, water conservation, soil health, and wildlife — discovering how science connects to the game of golf.

A huge thank-you to the incredible volunteers from the Minnesota Golf Course Superintendents Association, Meeker County Master Gardeners, UMN Extension Educators & Ag Ambassadors, the Meeker County Soil & Water Conservation District, and the MN DNR for leading the learning stations.

This event was proudly co-sponsored by the Meeker County Farm Bureau, AgCentric, Litchfield Golf, and the Minnesota Golf Course Superintendents' Association.

Learning, teamwork, and science were all in full swing today! 🌾🔬🏌️‍♀️

What a night! Over 300 members and guests joined us for our Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Picnic at A maze'n Farmyard. From family fun and a great meal to celebrating sesquicentennial farms and honoring the Ahlgren family as Farm Family of the Year. It was a night to remember! 🎉

🎉 Kids Day Scavenger Hunt at the Meeker County Fair - Litchfield, Minnesota🎉

Join us TOMORROW (Saturday) at the fair for a fun-filled scavenger hunt in celebration of Kids Day! 🕵️‍♂️🍦

👧👦 Kids 12 and under can stop by the Michael Niedzielski, Agent, Farm Bureau Financial Services booth (right across from the Moo Bar) to pick up a scavenger hunt worksheet.

🔍 Once you've found at least 10 answers, bring your completed worksheet back to the booth and get a coupon for a FREE ice cream cone at the Moo Bar! 🍦😋

We'll have posters all around the fairgrounds to help you hunt down the clues – just look for the signs like the one in the photo below 👇
