The Rooted & Rising retreat is coming up!!

We've changed a few details (due to some logistics issues) and so now are offering a reduced rate (just $199) for a one day Intensive Retreat!

The power of this day is promising to be exceptional. We've got 4 seasoned psychotherapists from a range of backgrounds and with years of experience who will facilitate the gathering and provide potentially life changing information.

We're pairing skills and experiential exercises with a very fancy hand curated spread of foods that will teach participants about the power of food and mood; all while delighting in the senses of delicious and nutritious options.

Space is limited to only 15 women so register early so you can be sure to enjoy this time to connect with other like minded souls, learn how to regulate your emotions and move towards your values, and come home with some self care routines that will keep you going in these wild times!

While my retreats are primarily created for women, our first offering of the year is actually for the men.

My heart aches for the men in our lives who are trying to navigate what it means to embody healthy masculinity while the old patriarchal systems are (thankfully) crumbling.

It's such a powerful and complex journey releasing generational baggage and stepping into a new way of being. I truly believe that our men are moving into an era that is rooted in balance, authenticity, and heart. I also believe they need to do so with each other in the power of community.

This weekend retreat is for men who are ready to explore their inner landscape with all of its rugged terrain. They'll navigate the Jungian collective unconscious to reconnect with the divine feminine within, and reclaim the strength, courage, and grace of their divine masculine.

Led by two of the kindest, most grounded, and brave-hearted men I am honored to know: Darrick Ball and Brian Tinder. They'll guide this gathering to include group discussion, time in nature, creative expression, and soulful connection.

I’ll be sporadically checking in throughout the weekend to bring in some literal feminine vibes and home-cooked meals, while my dear friends facilitate the deeper work.

There are literally only a few spaces available as this is such a powerful and personal area to explore. If there’s a man in your life who’s longing for healing, community, and honest reflection please show him this sign to continue that the journey.

Alright ya'll, the updates keep coming. In addition to collaborating with Rock City Counseling, I'll be working with some brilliant folks to create some real-life, in-person, soul-searching retreats!!

I don't know about you but I've been so exhausted and overwhelmed, feeling powerless and disconnected these past few... months, years... ((You know, living in the world as it burns.)) Retreats have been my lifeline to sanity and I want to bring more of that healing soul connection into the world.

These will be for folks who have managed (most) of their trauma and are exploring the self actualizing, spiritual, and existential realms of their journeys. Alright ya'll, here we go, first things first:

I'm partnering with the amazing, phenomenal, and incredibly skilled Rock City Counseling to assist in some trainings and to provide Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique treatment to an exclusive few, as well as in-person trauma treatment, on a some special Fridays coming up.

The first training for clinicians that I'll be lending a hand with is on July 24 & 25th; it promises to be life altering. I genuinely can't wait to be a part of this global movement towards healing and to increase awareness about the powerful impact ketamine assisted therapy can have in our lives!

For my dear friends and colleagues, I hope to see you there, and if not it's time to catch up with some lunch dates!

Hello my dear friends!!!

Some new and big announcements coming out today:

1. I'm coming out of semi-retirement (or whatever it is that I've been doing) and am getting in to some very interesting new projects!

2. I'll be coming off my mountain and will be in Little Rock again on most Fridays so can see ya'll in like, real life, in person!!

3. Details to come as soon as I've got the graphics ready! Can't wait to share the collaborations that have been brewing, I think we'll be bringing some beautiful options for gathering in community, solidarity, and such big love. :)

"We must guard everyone's liberty, or we may lose our own. If we allow any minority to lose its freedom by persecution or by prejudice, we are threatening our own freedom... Here in America it is not a question of whether we tolerate minorities, America is minorities, and that means you and me."

I'm using the freedom of speech I still have, and the privilege that I have been allotted by being a straight white person, to say clearly that I welcome all to my table and will do whatever I can to help those more directly targeted than I am.

Hopefully those who think they will be at an advantage to these changes will realize the trickery that is being done to divide and conquer and realize that no one will win who doesn't have a billion dollars in their pocket.

Water doesn't feel all that hot before it begins to boil, atrocities start somewhere out there to others. If you need support or know of how I can help in any way please reach out.

It's been a hard week.

I'll be holding space today at noon if anyone wants to pop in for some support and processing. Always free and open.

I've also got individual appointments available via teletherapy if you're needing extra. Much love to all my brothers and sisters of marginalized groups that are tripping right now. We've got your back, however we can.
