Our Sunday Funday celebration!! First want to thank all of you for participating in this last 6 weeks as we gear up for the next! Thank you to D’Angela Angela Pacheco for opening her home to us and hosting yesterday💜 We had several winners for our Weight and Fat Loss Challenges, as well as for the most Participation!

S/O to Sarah Folger for winning the grand prize for most Weight and Fat Loss. She lost a total of 7lbs and 3% in Body Fat. 🎉🎉🎉 This was also after only participating in 8 total classes which means her Nutrition was definitely on point😉

Tom Neesam was our 2nd place winner who lost 5lbs in weight and went down 2% Body Fat. Congrats to Tom!!🙌🏾🎉

Alyssa Holschuh was our participation winner for evening classes coming to all 12 plus the Red Rocks class💪🏾 S/O to Sio Gemba Eckhart for participating in all 12 regular classes as well👏🏾

Morning class had several who came to 9 of the 12 total classes including Laura Ramirez Doula and Kendra Spanjer. S/O to Taylor Colonna for participating in the most classes between morning and evening combined at 17 total!! 😁👏🏾👏🏾

So proud of all your accomplishments as well as the dedication and commitment to your health and fitness!! Let’s keep the momentum and start this next 6 weeks off with some 🔥🔥🔥

Hey Fit Fam! First, I would like to say an extra special thank you, to all those who have watched and worked out with me LIVE over these past three months! You guys have kept me going and supported me to the fullest. My heart has truly been touched and is full because of it. With that being said, I will be making a shift with the live workouts.

I'm shifting my focus back to the main reason I launched the FitbyAngie business to begin with and that is online and In-Person Personal Training, Coaching and Nutrition. It has been my dream and passion to help people organically and naturally find their reason to become more powerful stonger versions of themselves and have fun while doing it! In regards to the Live workouts: the re-opening of the the local gym that I work for is tomorrow and the times I will be teaching Group Fitness are at the same days and times that I was teaching Live from home. Going forward, I will STILL be doing live pop-up workouts here (but not so scheduled and on my own time) and posting pre-recorded workouts as well, so be on the lookout for those!!! If you are local and want to come join me for a Group Fitness class at the gym, comment below or send me a message. Otherwise, continue to enjoy all of the free workouts I have done live for the past three months, located under the videos tab!

If you have any questions please let me know. I am so thankful for this experience with you Live online, allowing me to get out of my comfort zone and learn how to do something I probably wouldn't have done otherwise...*thank you covid* This is not the end, rather just the beginning of something different and new!
