Grief doesn’t follow a schedule—but support can be there when you need it.

Tomorrow we gather again in Littleton for our weekly grief support group for those impacted by loss due to addiction, su***de, or violence.

Facilitated by peers with lived experience and, at times, a licensed therapist, this open group centers compassion, connection, and healing.

TOMORROW night is potluck night—feel free to bring a favorite dish or simply bring yourself. Sharing food is just another way we share care and community.

We offer a space to be heard, remembered, and supported.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
All who meet the criteria are welcome.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday — what an AMAZING experience! 💪✨

The energy in the room was powerful, and it was truly inspiring to see so many women stepping outside their comfort zones, learning new skills, and building confidence together. From the very first moment, it was clear this class was about more than self-defense — it was about strength, awareness, and empowerment.

We loved hearing how confident and empowered everyone felt by the end of the class. Watching you support one another, ask questions, and practice real-world techniques reminded us exactly why this work matters so much.

If you attended, be proud of yourself — you invested in your safety, your confidence, and your strength. And if you missed it, don’t worry — this is just the beginning! More opportunities are coming, and we would love to see you at a future class.

Thank you again for being part of such a powerful and empowering experience. Together, we are stronger. 💖

Stay tuned for what’s next!
