2- things you’re releasing/rejecting from your mind. Might be guilt, shame, negative comments in your head or negative energy from those around you. What is dimming your light and holding you back?
1- affirmation; what would your future self tell your present self? What do you need to hear someone say to you? “I am…”, is a great sentence starter for this.
