Donna Wilhelm, VP of Advocacy for Trinity Health Continuing Care participated in a National PACE Association Annual Conference panel discussion and analysis of HR 1 and its implications for Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). While not explicitly named in the legislation, the bill will have significant impact on the provisions of care and services for elderly patients who participate in PACE across the nation.
