You don’t need to be perfect… you just need to start.
Getting back into the gym isn’t always pretty.
It’s heavy. It’s uncomfortable. It’s humbling.
Some days you’re showing yourself grace…
Other days you need to give yourself that little kick in the butt.
Both can exist. Both are necessary.
Because deep down, you know—
You feel better when you move.
You feel stronger when you show up.
You feel like YOU again when you stay consistent.
So stop waiting for motivation.
Just get there.
Do what you can.
Build on it tomorrow.
And keep stacking those days until you’re back to a place you KNOW you can be.
