And so it begins.
I've had 29 five gallon buckets of prepped material to start my thermophilic (hot) compost pile (that requires multiple turns and monitoring) in various places around our back yard .
Wonder why I haven't done that? 🤔😵💫😂
Totally not my style. 😎
During a recent backyard clean up session we incorporated that material into our static household pile.
The space and clarity that comes from decluttering, sweeping out and getting rid of what no longer serves has once again paid off in spades. 🙌🏽
That and this cool, cloudy ☁️ weather
AND the excitement and inspiration on the heels of the trip to
3rd Annual Texas H**p Summit in College Station.
My ah-ha moment is the same as it often is.
Soil.
That's why we're the Soil Sisters.
Maybe we'll have a panel on soil health at the 4th Annual Texas H**p Summit?
If we have healthy, biologically complete soil,
we can grow anything.
Even in drought.
But, we wouldn't have drought,
because we would have healthy soil,
which creates stability in the soil and the weather.
Healthy, biologically complete soil changes micro-climates.
Mother nature knows what she's doing.
We have to get out of the way, and get on board.
So, in that spirit....
Strike while the iron is hot
and things are easier & take no time at all. 💯💃🏽🔥
Thanks for the inspiration !!🌱💞
We built our Johnson-Su Bioreactor. 💖
Now to fill it up.
