⚠️****EHV/EHM***⚠️

To my clients:

In an attempt to help promote safety regarding the recent EHV/EHM outbreak in Texas, I am going to be limiting my schedule to one barn per day. I already have safety measures but Post massage, I will be sanitizing all of my equipment that I bring in, my clothing, my truck and myself. I do have my horses at home and do not want to contaminate them OR other horses at any barn. Last year, our area was hit with EHV/EHM and I took the same precautions.

Please, please, please check your horses temperature daily, sanitize your equipment and watch for neurological signs. Any questions regarding the EHV/EHM virus please call your vet!!!! Communication is key. If you have hauled anywhere or your horse has a temperature please let me know. Keep me updated on your whole barn as well to help prevent any spread. I have no issues with rescheduling as well during this time.

Silly Illy loves her massages and Bemer sessions. Illy is a 24 year old Andalusian who has many stories to tell. I love watching her relax after her sessions in the bemer with her lip twitches and sleepy eyes. Her human loves her so much! I am thrilled to be back to work and see all the horses I have missed over the past three months. Ms. Mallie was excited to see me yesterday! Jenna Myler and I giggled as she fell asleep with the bemer after her massage. Best of luck to both of them and my friend Megan Ryan Padget and her horse Sugar (who I worked on today) at their Endurance ride in Michigan!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working on a stunning mare, and I would like to share her before (left side) and after (right side) session photos. Initially, she exhibited considerable tightness and soreness. Throughout the massage, we witnessed multiple pronounced releases, characterized by slow blinks, yawning, chewing, licking, and lip twitching. After the massage, she was very relaxed and her posture and muscles showed the work that had been done. My job is truly fulfilling.Make sure to schedule a session with me on my website.

To all of my appreciated clients, as most of you know, I was recently informed that I will likely need to undergo additional surgery on my right hip. Following a consultation with my surgeon, I have scheduled the surgery for April 21st. Consequently, I will be unavailable for work for approximately three months, with an expected return date at the end of July or early August but possibly sooner if cleared. In light of this, I encourage you to schedule an appointment with me prior to my temporary absence to ensure your Horses are feeling their best. Did you know that horses need 5-7 hours of sleep per day? They enter REM sleep, just like humans, and dream. I suspect Jaxx is dreaming about his massage because of our barn cat Mac. I have to share this awesome guy. I had a wonderful second session today with Whiskey. He has held a lot of tension through his TMJ and poll and we got some big releases. I pulled out my camera as I was finishing up his massage before I put on the Bemer and this was the results. He processed his session, relaxed and released a lot of tension. I love my job.
