Well,I'm stocked up for the summer! I try to order what I think I'll need for june- September because the heat will degrade the potency of the tinctures and the gummies will melt πŸ‘πŸ˜ I only take .25mg at night so this should last a while! Thanks Ed Montez! Eagle Botanicals is the best! These are extra strength BTW

Woohoo! Got my dōTERRA convention kit! I can't wait to try our new Metabolic line, most of my life I have felt good, despite a Arthritis diagnosis at ages 2 & 45, juvenile RA & Osteoarthritis, but I'm experiencing a lot more pain and loss of mobility lately which at age 60?? Is completely unacceptable!! I refuse to go down without one helluva fight!! So I'm excited to see what our new supplements and the necessary changes to my diet will do for me. I will be switching from swimming to yoga next month cuz cold water lol I will be doing cold plunges in the mornings tho 🏊😰πŸ₯Ά I do use a wetsuit to so who knows I may still swim πŸ€”πŸ₯ΆπŸ˜‚πŸ€·β„οΈπŸŒŠ the shampoo and conditioner bars are for Chris since he's on the road a lotβ™₯οΈπŸ‘΄β¬…οΈ Chris lol

In a tremendous amount of pain tonight πŸ˜«πŸ˜‘πŸ˜’πŸ˜– sooo I had to make a "pain pill" normally I will make a veggie cap but it's straight up under the tongue tonight! Tastes absolutely HIDEOUS but damn does it work! And it helps me sleep πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

Finished my swim workout,cleaned the pool while I was in the water πŸŠπŸ˜‚ now I'm enjoying my Truvani smoothie, power greens,frozen banana and blueberries peanut butter powder, coconut collagen,moon balance so I don't hurt people lol and Truvani Vanilla protein powder 😍πŸ₯° yummy!! πŸ‘ Enjoy your Sunday everyone β™₯️β™₯️
