To My Dear Patients:
It has been a true pleasure and honor to have served as your physician and confidant over these past two years. I have enjoyed seeing your smiling faces and watching you improve, adapt, and show great zest for life. You have made me want to be a better person.
I am moving on to another opportunity in December which will make me unable to continue seeing you. I wish you all the very best and would encourage you to continue seeing one of my excellent colleagues: Drs Matthew Welter and Kevin Duke and Nurse Practitioners Savannah Alder and Jennifer Mosteller. They are without exception, highly intelligent, kind-hearted, and zealous advocates for their patients' health and will strive to keep you as strong and healthy as possible in your healthcare journey.

Ha sido un verdadero placer y un honor haber sido su médico y confidente durante estos últimos dos años. He disfrutado viendo sus caras sonrientes y viéndolos mejorar, adaptarse y mostrar un gran entusiasmo por la vida. Me han hecho querer ser una mejor persona.
Voy a pasar a otra oportunidad en diciembre que me impedirá seguir viéndolos. Les deseo todo lo mejor y les animo a que sigan viendo a uno de mis excelentes colegas: los doctores Matthew Welter y Kevin Duke (habla español) y las enfermeras practicantes Savannah Alder y Jennifer Mosteller.
