Several times, I’ve asked for more money, and I found an extra penny on the ground .

That taught me to ask for the specific amount of m.o.n.ey I wanted
This month it’s 10k
10 K or more

But I don’t stop there

Just because a woman has money, doesn’t mean she’ll keep it, enjoy it, or spend it wisely.

Even though we desire better, study after study has proven that women are not protecting themselves financially.

We know we should do better but we resist doing better.

Your resistance to doing better financially is not tied to the fact that you don’t know what to do…but rather with your fear of power (money and the power)!

We have money, but give away our power.

We give away our power by:
Deferring all the decisions
Being too scared to speak up
Or relinquishing control of your finances.

“Money is a power sacred to most men and foreign to most women.”

My biggest challenge as a coach is getting women to stop underearning.

It isn’t about money, it’s about embracing your divine feminine power.

Power in women is threatening.

In the, Women and the Paradox of Power, 38% of survey respondents said they’d rather be well-liked than powerful, like the two couldn’t harmoniously coexist.

All too often, we hear that it’s wrong to be outspoken.
Don’t be aggressive
Do not ever be more powerful than men.
Because of these messages we lower our own expectations of what we can achieve.

Telling someone to stop underearning is different than telling someone to simply raise their prices…it hits differently in the body and the brain. Underearning is about underachieving no matter how much money you make. You could be making a million dollars a day and still be underearning. Underearning is about acknowledging that you aren’t operating in your fullest capabilities and competencies. Underearning is about not living up to your unique potential, not following through on your dreams and goals, and not believing in yourself. It’s about willing giving up on yourself.

What prevents you from getting all the money, love, peace and prosperity you desire?

It’s the story you tell yourself!

I’m not enough 🥺
I don’t have enough 😞
This is just my life 😟
It is what it is 😠

These hard to hear assumptions influence you in more ways then you can imagine and determine the course of your life.

Assumptions are the beliefs you hold to be true about yourself and the world you live in.

The only reason you live a lesser life then you want to is because you failed to design a life you desire.

You’ve accepted a lesser life and mediocrity by holding onto disempowering assumptions, like the ones above, and accepting them as true for you.

Let me give you an example, after joining the Air Force, my goal was to make E-7, become a senior NCO and lead from the front 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Honestly this wasn’t even my dream, I heard someone say it was their dream, I adopted it as my dream and I spent the next decade making it come true🤦🏽‍♀️.

“I just want to put a roof on my house”, they said and I was oooo me to, sure why not.

So E-7, MSgt, then became my goal and I made that goal enough to satisfy my reason for being in the military.

But why did I choose to stop in the middle of the enlisted ranks?

E-9 is the highest you can go in the enlisted ranks so why did I make E-7 my ultimate goal?

Why did I make the end result the middle of the road?

So needless to say I got what I assumed I would get E-7 😬

Now mind you, making it to the Senior NCO ranks is a great accomplishment and damn it I’m proud of being an E-7, but E-9 should’ve been the goal… I should’ve reached for the 🔝…like aiming to stop in the middle is weird.

I thought E-9 was impossible, so I excluded it from my “model of reality” which prevented me from achieving it 🥺.

I choose to work because of personal satisfaction and because my job involves getting people more of what we all desire…MONEY 🤑.

Working for me is a choice, not a necessity and yet still I chose to wake up everyday and do a great job. Making people happy, solving problems and ensuring people get what they deserve are things I’m purely obsessed and in love with. Things are not always great or easy, but there hasn't been one day when I wake up, and not look forward to it. I love what I do and I do what I love.

So many people gets jobs to have a paycheck.
I got a job to pursue my passion. Life isn’t all about financial benefit and my happiness isn’t worth any paycheck. My wealth isn’t in my bank account it’s in my joy.

I chose a position that allows me to wake up happy to do it in the morning and log off knowing I’ve done something good for someone else. All the knowledge I’ve acquired throughout the years, the relationships I’ve built, and the service I provide are an asset to any company and I get CHOOSE who I share my value with. Choosing what I do from a place of empowerment ensures I give my best daily.

I love what I do and I’ll continue to do my best until I know in my soul this is no longer for me…then I’ll move on.

Know that in all things you have a choice. In life, stop choosing sh*t you don’t wanna do, especially jobs. There is nothing worse then interacting with a person who hates their job yet it’s what they chose.

The moral of the story is, don't choose to do something for a living based on financial reward. You will fail and those around you will suffer.
Chose to do better.
Make better choices.

Tag someone who you know needs to make better choices. You never know you may they need.

The Bo***ge That You Are In Is The Bo***ge That You Allow

The only reason you’re miserable unhappy and in bo***ge is because you have accepted that as OK.

You’re broke because you have taken a vow of poverty.
You’re miserable because you have taken a vow of misery.
You’re unhappy because you have taken a vow of unhappiness.

That’s the truth and I’m gonna stand beside it!

I know it’s a hard truth to except but the bo***ge that you are in is the bo***ge that you allow.

You have been tricked into believing that unhappiness, pain, betrayal, unworthiness, poverty and struggling are OK.

They are not.

This is what you’ve settled for.

Once you reach for more you’ll have more.

You’ll only truly experience joy and happiness once you focus on having it and absolutely settling for nothing else.

If it ain’t fun I don’t want none.

I was broke because I accepted broke was okay.
Broke is no longer an option for me.
Abundance is my only back up plan.

Today I close on the house you see in the picture.
There are many out there like it but this one is mine 😊.

Now who would’ve thought lil old me would’ve been able to afford this all by herself insert—no one
but you know who his opinion matters to me insert—no one 🤣🤣.

I took a vow of abundance and I decided to except nothing less and guess what 🧐…abundance came to me like a wrecking ball destroying my self-imposed limiting beliefs and bo***ge.

Stop the…I want it but, insert reason you can’t have it or have decided you don’t deserve it.

🛑Cease the split energy

I would really like to be rich but I don’t know any rich people, soooo I guess I’ll give up on being rich 🤦🏽‍♀️

You shoot your desires down, stop them before they can manifest and kill your own dreams by your awareness of what IS instead of what can be 😊

Your awareness of “what IS” keeps you looking around finding proof after proof after proof of what is thereby, putting more energy into what IS then what can be.

You stop yourself from thinking about what can be or what’s coming because your stuck in your ISNESS.

Your so stuck in where you are, you talk about it, you focus on it, you wallow in it and you never allow your greatness any play.

Let me tell you where I am, how I got here, how long I’ve been here and my plans for staying here instead of “picture me being great, living my best life and seeing all my dream manifest right before my eyes”.

We all desire something different from what we have.

Few people in life don’t desire more or better, but those who get it don’t focus on what is, the focus on what can be…the possibilities of living in an abundant reality.

I focus on the possibilities and I’ve been proven time and time again that I am limitless.
I am a walking talking manifestation and I can truly have everything I desire.
My job is just to desire more and stop being aware of my ISNESS.

Let go of what IS and allow what is to become 🥰

Everything always works in my favor.

Today I apologized to myself for criticizing myself.

I never thought I was skinny enough, thin enough, toned enough or good enough.

I’ve spent too much of my life being mean to me, picking myself apart, and trying to be someone else.

Always trying to be someone other then who I was exhausted me.

I didn’t love myself 🥺

I thought that fully loving and accepting myself meant I had to be perfect.

And I am perfect just as I am.

Self-love is treating yourself as the precious, beautiful, worthy goddess that you are…flaws and all.

I am a goddess and I apologize to myself for ever thinking otherwise.

I choose to believe that my energy radiates positivity and enthusiasm and I am a blessing to all those who encounter me.

That’s not conceit friend…that’s confidence.

I want to be a beautiful expression of life.
I want people to look at me and say I want her joy, I want her peace, I want her happiness.
I want to present a plethora of possibilities from the abundance of the universe.

My goal is to be an example of a life well lived, love and happiness, despite the sh** I’m going through or have gone through.

And it takes confidence to get there.

Confidence in the fact that goodness desires to engulf me.
Confidence in the fact that money desires to reside with me.
Confidence in the fact that things always work out in my favor 🥰.

That to me is a beautiful expression of life.
