FRWC visited Hanover Park Fire today discussing FF/PM mental health. Be aware that FF are more likely than other groups to have had a head injury. 75% of FF have had one in their lifetime. Head injuries increase the likelihood of developing repression and risk for su***de.

There is more than AA but SMART recovery. It’s a free meeting for veterans and first responders with addiction issues. Uses a CBT method rather than spiritual. See below for meetings for addiction. FRWC also has a group therapy meeting once a month.
