Before working together, we identify where their energy is going, analyzing the "Big Three" of energy management:
Sleep quality: Not just how long you sleep, but the consistency of your schedule and your pre-sleep routine.
Nutritional intake: Identifying foods that cause blood sugar spikes and crashes (the "afternoon slump") versus foods that provide sustained fuel.
Movement patterns: Paradoxically, a sedentary lifestyle breeds fatigue. We look for lack of movement or over-training without recovery.
