Women’s bodies are remarkable!

Each month the body moves through a cycle of renewal and balance. The menstrual cycle reflects a powerful rhythm of hormones, communication, and regeneration within the body.

Women also have the extraordinary ability to grow and nurture new life and creating space for a developing baby, adapting to support pregnancy, and producing nourishment after birth.

But the strength of women extends beyond biology.

We carry wisdom, resilience, compassion, and the ability to nurture communities and generations. Many of the opportunities women have today are possible because of the women who came before us! Those who advocated, led, cared for others, and paved the way forward.

On this International Women’s Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and beauty of women everywhere.

Supporting women’s health, from menstrual wellness to fertility, pregnancy, and beyond, is one of the greatest honors of my work.

Here’s to the women who came before us, the women beside us, and the women still to come.
