I am coming back . . .
Some huge milestones have happened and are on the horizon.
One my daughter started Preschool, HUGE!!! I have been by her side for the past 3 years, like literally 24/7, compassionately supporting her, growing with her and now I am witness to her blossoming and transitioning with such ease, joy and grace. I couldn't be happier. This milestone has led to more freedom (for the both of us, we're ready) and thus more opportunities. Drumroll . . . milestone #2.
I will once again be serving our community (HUGE) and am so blessed to serve in my passion. I will be preparing nourishing and of course delicious comforting vegetarian food with love for all involved. What a treat we are all in for.
The hosts, Jenny and Rachel are an incredible duo, full of compassion, a zest for life and service. They are great guides in this practice. I know because earlier this year I was in search of personal growth and enrolled in their MINDFUL COMMUNICATION course. It was incredible to practice the work that so often we just read about. To be honored in our vulnerabilities and strengths. It has helped me communicate better with my family and ultimately with myself. As with most practices, we all still need to practice.
I look forward to sharing clean air, sunsets and the beauty that is Joshua Tree among a diverse group of people who want to make this world a better place to live by starting with ourselves.
This work is important work, especially given these turbulent times. We all share common feelings and needs by the fact that we are human. Who couldn't use a little more compassion and understanding, peace and beauty.
