A new one today...

mint treats for dogs...

always thought these were safe and I just looked, not only gelatin it has "poultry flavor"

I always find peanut butter flavor bone toys and other vegan toys...I just really thought the mint bones were just mint

Read all of them in Walmart, none vegan and just surprising

Making vegan mint treats soon and searching for what is available online

Just proves I have to read every label and I am so good about this usually...not just for humans...for our pets too could not be too trusting with products

Bayleaf is vegan with us and I defend myself for this decision, she is the strongest and smartest, always gets compliments on her being so beautiful

I have to defend my daughter when going to daycare too for being vegan, I fought for this in Colorado through the state

So much in advocacy we are needed

veganized a classic and it is so good!!

and less than 10 dollars to feed a family of 6

Vegan Sloppy Joes

ingredients
1 can of Manwich
1 bag of vegan crumbles
1 tub of vegan butter for rolls
1 pack of rolls or bread (most bread is actually vegan just read ingredients list)

if you have onion powder and garlic powder add this to your bread and toast in oven
if you have chili powder add a little to pan in manwich and crumbles to spicy it up
and gourmet it up with parsley garnished!

Just so good comforting southern feel good food...and healthy!

Thinking about the little lions..

They look small when I connect to someone living in more of a predatorial lifestyle taking from people

Then I remember the book of the Little Elephant

I think of the mother, and hear "how could I let him kill me?" "I have too thick of skin"

"This hunter is killing his own part of himself"

These animals around us are much wiser stronger than we think and this spiritual world beyond us is beyond killing and beyond this physical explanation

This hunter is killing his animals within him, his magic within him, it takes something from him beyond this physical body, it is from his own spiritual body

When I had an awakening, I found and saw my animals within me, my magic within me, my animal spirits within me

Angels through time in the Bible helped mankind when trying to kill and sacrifice of each other

They put their bodies in our animal bodies

Our killing and our "sacrifices" are taking from our angels, from our angel bodies, from our animal bodies, this is connected to our magic, magic being our own spiritual gifts and abilities within us we wake up to

Species that are dying are connected to parts of our own human being, being in this world our human parts are connected to animals and plant life

Everything in this physical world is a representation of a spiritual deeper meaning, where we exist in higher consciousness

If a species is dying here, endangered, extinct, it is a representation of a part in our human species that is endangered and extinct

Our DNA, not so junk in there, just what our human species has been through and what is there to discover

Humans are magic, we hold so much love light and magic in our bodies

If an animal is hurting somewhere, it is taking from us somewhere

Our higher consciousness has to remember our deeper spiritual connection and be at our place where most of us have not been..

Where I know our human bodies could be and where our lion bodies could be..connected higher than this physical world

I could not understand fully the meaning in the Bible "shut the mouths of lions"

I understand now

We are on tour in our states here and promoting my two books and promoting imagination and recycling art with our mindfulness custom crafts

I also do animal advocacy, advocacy in our human bodies mind body soul healing, advocacy in healing mental illness through a Vegan life and diet commitment, empowering single moms, women in business and low income sufferers.

I just noticed our V in Vegan looks like two peace signs. I just created art work all over our RV with my daughter in Peaceful Warriors. I envisioned these animals all giving peace signs and woke up and drew it. Felt spirit leading me and I just kept drawing. I drew a mermaid in our waters and a boat with our waters giving peace signs. I drew angel wings with clouds giving peace signs. Spirit messages and deep meanings of peace on land, peace in water and peace in air. Also, to have our angels protecting us on out travels (my daughter, I and our rescue dog Bayleaf) and protecting others as we travel and to know they are protected.

Our RVing Life

This Journey We Are On

This Girl And Her Mom

I drew handprints all over with my daughter and I and creating a heart out of rainbow handprints.

I also (fun side fact) drew this pink and blue hearts that looked like this pretty purple together. As I drew them, I felt disconnected and stopped, something felt off. I realized later I was so into this beautiful color purple that it was getting me away from our deeper meaning.
I then felt the spirit message later to fill in one heart with white, one heart with brown, one heart with black and one heart with yellow (tan)
these colors filled all of the previous big hearts drawn
I then felt to draw the little hearts under these with one half white, one half brown; one third white, one third brown and one third black; one fourth white, one fourth brown, one fourth black and one fourth yellow (tan)
deeper meanings that we are all different on the inside, our children are all made from us and connected through and within us and we are all held by the same One

This deeper meaning and hearts previously drawn were all around my Peaceful Warrior words written, I believe in this so much and in unconditional love
to never give up and strong in our warrior within and radiating peace love and lighted healing and knowing

Lets Talk About Sweat

I had debilitating anxiety that my diet cured

I had depression that my diet created space to heal my symptoms

I THOUGHT I had Hyperhydrosis

Hyperhydrosis : excessive sweating

that is the definition

what it was in my life

embarrassment from sweating so bad I masked over a decade with alcohol, numbed by drugs and floated away in addiction

panty liners cut to fit in my armpits

strategically holding a condensating cup in my hand if I were to have a handshake my way

over planning and over thinking my outfits wherever I go for my sweat factor that day

shame guilt and regret when physical, intimately with someone and trying to explain my just ran a marathon sweat body

my diet is more than this word diet

it is life changing
