It was a beautiful day celebrating the life of Mrs. Sylvia, who recently passed away and came to America on the Queen Mary in 1946 as a war bride, and today we celebrated her wonderful life and spread her ashes next to the Queen Mary. What a fitting tribute to a wonderful women.

So proud of myself during recent craziness with covid 19 but i continue to push myself at the gym (at home).
Most of you knew I was pushing myself for the bingo win. I did win the bingo and i’m finally am able to say i got my bingo prize for winning. Sometimes i did 2-3 workouts a day, family join a workout, also do 5 workouts in a row and doing 21 of the tasks was a lot but it made me a lot more accountable during this time. I couldn’t thank anyone but the coaches at and everyone who kept pushing me along the way thanks everyone.

Okay... for those of you that haven’t been following my progress in attempt to win a bingo contest Put on by Elev8 Performance, it involved 25 challenges in 21 days and seemed so out of reach. Well i guess i stepped up to their challenge and won the tournament. This is just the icing on the cake of my Hard-work & dedication to losing weight , getting in shape and getting back my self confidence in my life. Thank you to the entire staff at elevate for constantly help me reach the finish line. More challenges to come....

Today marks the end of a crazy week due to the Coronavirus. I’m here to show you that in the event of a crisis you can still workout and smile even on the darkest days. I don’t typically boast about my current weight loss and don’t believe in scales , but believe when you’re clothes are loss means you know you’re losing. I’ve had a few rough years from being hit by a drunk driver to injuring my right ankle that sidelined me from continuing to work out. I have a goal in mind and nothing is going to stop me. I will continue my health and weight loss journey. I’m now a gym rat some people would say which I’d never be typically considered but i love the people I’ve met and workout with and been instructed by. This gym is now apart of my fitness family. I’m so happy to have found this place that now i can’t wait to attend the classes and even doing my home workouts that i was so lucky to have been given access to during this Coronavirus. I want to take this time to thank the Elev8 staff for all you’re hard work and continuing to push and inspire me. Working out is now apart of my life and I’m so grateful to have this new found love for the gym. I’ll be the first in line for a bootcamps and butt kicking as soon as the gyms are allowed to reopen.
