With Thanksgiving around the corner, it is a great reminder to every one of us to practice GRATITUDE. It’s a practice for a reason! We can often times forget and get caught up in our day to day. Today we ask that you take a a pause and reflect. The more you exercise your mind to shift into a more positive outlook, the more likely it will start to come naturally.

At MFHC we are grateful for our patients (old and new) and our amazing staff. Our MFHC family couldn’t be what it is without each individual on our team. Wishing everyone a week of gratitude and inner peace. Find the time to be more aware of the positive and to spread some kindness onto others.

We had a great turnout and a great team helping us with this event Saturday November 15th at our 270 Broadway location.

It’s World Diabetes Day! Let’s help prevent, diagnose, and treat by promoting doctor visitation and being extra vigilant with your health! Today honors the discovery of insulin which has a had a huge impact on individuals with Diabetes.

Feeling a little down, lacking energy, and motivation? You’re not alone! Especially in a state with changing seasons it’s not uncommon to start to feel these things. About 5% of the population every year are affected by (SAD) aka Seasonal Depression. That’s about 10 million American each year!

We encourage you to do light therapy and to speak to a professional who can guide you through this phase! Just like the seasons, this too shall pass.
