and beautiful. We will meditate, there’s room for a little journaling + speaking too. You trust the images + materials gathered will show an inner view, a path, a speck of beauty that you are. This becomes the seed you tend next + you see whatever gets revealed
thru the cards…new/old truths, self connection, remembering, reclaiming + so so much more, there is always something!

Restorative yoga is happening THIS Friday!
Join Susan on Friday January 30 for a candlelight restorative yoga practice. We will flow through gentle sequences intertwined with deeply restful, supported postures. We will call in the water element to nourish kidney energy and the immune system. With the lengthening days, our longing for Spring and its creative potential quickens.
