It’s that your system gets stuck
in a state where it can’t access it.
Because healing doesn’t happen
when your body feels unsafe.
It happens when your system shifts into:
regulation
flow
coherence
That’s energy.
Not in a mystical sense…
In a functional sense.
Your breath.
Your tension.
Your nervous system state.
All of it is constantly signaling:
“safe”
or
“not safe”
And your body responds accordingly.
This is the shift:
You don’t force healing.
You create the conditions for it.
Through:
slowing your breath
releasing tension
restoring movement
regulating your system
