Friendly reminder that nourishment is more than calories, it’s energy, focus, hormones, digestion, and enjoyment. You don’t have to overhaul your diet to make progress. Simply ask
“What can I add?” instead of “What should I cut out?”
Restriction is not nutrition!
Adding can:

• Boost fiber and nutrients
• Support digestion
• Improve energy levels
• Feel more sustainable long-term

Here’s some ways you can ADD:
– Add berries to breakfast
– Toss spinach into a sandwich or wrap
– Add a side salad or roasted veggies to dinner

Actually ☝🏽 Your body doesn’t suddenly store food differently after 7pm. Carbohydrates provide energy for your brain and muscles at any time of day. What matters most is consistency, portions that fit your needs, and balanced meals - not food timing rules.

Of note: if you struggle with reflux or GERD, you may feel more discomfort eating right before going to bed
