🎓 Harvest Health & Rehab supporting Shoals College & Career Fair! 💙🤍

Our team had a fantastic time connecting with students at the recent College & Career Fair hosted by Shoals with Orleans and Loogootee in attendance as well! 🌟

Students were absolutely fascinated by our Tidal Tank, a cutting-edge tool we use in therapy to challenge balance, improve core stability, and enhance functional movement. By simulating unstable surfaces in a safe, controlled way, the Tidal Tank helps patients build strength, coordination, and confidence in their daily activities. 💪🌊

We love inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals while showing them the innovative ways we help patients move better and recover stronger.

Dottie came to us struggling with hip pain and tendinitis, needing a cane to walk and limited in her favorite activities. Through a personalized plan including manual therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, cupping, and targeted strength & balance training, she has made incredible progress! 💪

Now she can move with ease, walk without her cane, and even sit longer to crochet, her favorite pastime...without pain. 🧶

Say hello to Susan, who came to therapy with low back pain that made stairs, walking, and standing a real challenge. 😣🚶‍♀️

Our PT team created a customized plan focused on:
🔸 Core strengthening
🔸 Posture retraining (especially for long work days!)
🔸 Hip strengthening
🔸 Manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility

And she crushed it. 🙌
Susan is moving with more confidence, less discomfort, and better endurance, exactly what she needs for staying active and doing what she loves.

Meet Ron, a patient who came to us with foot weakness and balance issues that made walking tough. He was dragging his foot and worried about falling. 🚶‍♂️⚠️

Our PT team built a personalized plan using:
🔹 Gait training to reduce fall risk
🔹 Neuromuscular re-education for foot control
🔹 Lower-extremity strengthening
🔹 Gait stability exercises

And the results speak for themselves 👏
Ron is walking with more control, less drag, and better balance than he’s had in a long time.
