So how exactly does a denture hard reline procedure work? Here, soft putty is placed inside the denture and then the denture is placed into the mouth, enabling the gums to mold it into shape. The putty is then used by the lab to create a hard acrylic replica, which is in turn permanently fitted inside the denture.
