As we close the door of birth

You Arrive at the door step of postpartum and welcome the time to heal and transform.
Allow the body to shed, stretch and give your reproductive organs the ability to move into place, allow your body to rest.
To be tender to all the spaces within you that have worked so hard.
Give time for the renewed body to form.
Mindfully give yourself the time to repair and nourish your heart and physical being.
Wrap yourself in support and love.
We invite breaks to tend to baby, family involvement and togetherness.
All cultures and families cater to the postpartum period differently but what they all share in common is caring for a new mother and baby and nurturing the recovery space that is postpartum. We recognize the first 30-45 days to have the following core values of each postpartum healing space to ensure we welcome ease and promote healing for the recovering body.

3. Warmth - therapeutic Steams, hot foods, herbal baths, heated vaginal compress

5. Family Postpartum & community support-family supporting your resting space and helping you ease into your new body
While every culture has its own standard and beliefs this style of practice derived from the indigenous lands of Mexico. Closing of the bones is one the whole process the postpartum healing ceremony. Created to nurture the mother after her portal through giving birth, and her journey into motherhood, it is setting of a sacred space, and way to nurture her physically and emotionally as she goes enters into her role of motherhood.
