This year has been a teacher, guiding me through endings and transitions. I have witnessed the natural closing of cycles and gained clarity about who belongs in my life and who has walked away. Doors are gently closing on what no longer serves me, while authentic souls—those rooted in values and integrity—remain by my side. I honor the lessons, the letting go, and the presence of those who truly resonate with my path. The whole time I was intensely owning, healing and transforming my shtuff. It has not been easy in fact, there were times I did not want to face another sun rising. Pain, disappointment, sorrow, coming to terms with the loss of what I knew my life to be. I understand the journey, I keep walking it. In addition also, it has been liberating and I no longer experience heart palpitations.

I have also gotten many blessing, I am being
prepared for 2026. I am ending this year with much Gratitude!

One thing I know for sure (for most people) is that when we choose practices that anchor us — slow breathing that opens the heart, mindful movement that reconnects body and spirit, gentle orientation that brings us back into the present moment, vocal toning that clears stagnant energy, or deep guided rest that softens the subtle body — we activate the parasympathetic “rest and digest” current. This is the current of healing, the current of Spirit, the current of coming home.

Over time, these small sacred moments accumulate like blessings.
The nervous system learns to trust again.
The mind becomes clearer.
The emotional body unwinds.
The soul begins to shine through.

It’s incredibly heavy and exhausting. When people are gaslighting, projecting, or raging back instead of taking responsibility. A person feels trapped in an environment that lacks compassion, empathy, respect, and integrity. You’re noticing the pattern clearly: when you call out their behavior, they flip it back onto you. That’s classic projection and manipulation.

That’s exactly what it feels like when you’re dealing with vindictive, gaslighters, vicious, manipulators, and people who thrive on hostility — it becomes a non-win battlebecause the game is rigged. They twist reality, deny truth, and use rage to shut you down and diminish your light on an already traumatized person, pushing them to the point of wanting to end their “living” . ☠️ .
