Hi, my name is Rosa. I became a caregiver because it's a flexible job. I have a 5 year old daughter, and I needed a job where I can be able to be with my daughter as well as work. As time went on and the company started to grow, there were more patients, more hours, more work. I was able to pay off some debt I had, catch up on car payments, get a new cellphone, buy my daughter anything she needed, take my sisters out to eat, and go shopping. Aside from always having work, I also have had to learn to be patient. To be more understanding to other peoples needs. I get to meet family members who are struggling to understand the elderly and dont know how to help them. Sometimes, fustration comes in the way, but thats where we come in as caregivers. We help them with all their needs. As caregivers we dont only do a nurses job but also housekeeping work, counseling work, massage therapy, we are motivational speakers, we do physical therapy, we change diapers, we do grocery shopping, we are companions to the elderly and to people who can not do these things themselves. 🥰 So I became a caregiver cause I needed a job, but I stayed because I love what I do, and I love to help 🥰
