Stephanie Swane of Modernist Cuisine will follow with an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming cookbook “Modernist Pizza.”

Then we will all make dough and pizza together with an award-winning Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza recipe.

And finally we'll have a bake-off with lots of fantastic prizes to be announced in the coming days from Ooni Pizza Ovens, Modernist Cuisine and Bianco DiNapoli to name just a few...

Sometimes I'm an infused-chili-oil-drizzle kinda guy or other times I'm more lardo-and-truffle-honey. What flavor combos are you guys grooving on these days?

Here are a few of the toppings that we rocked at the recent photoshoot courtesy of my friends at Domenico's Foods:

-arugula, fontina & torpedo onions
-squash blossoms & fresh buffalo mozzarella
-spicy calabrian soppresatta
-lardo & truffle honey
-radicchio and fresh buffalo mozzarella
-cherry tomatoes with red chilies & oregano
-fresh buffalo mozzarella & tuscan oil cured anchovies
-arugula, parmigiano reggiano & lemon
-squash blossoms with tuscan oil cured anchovies
-radicchio & shaved pecorino with white truffle
