Introducing Our New Board President: Zan Eisley!

We’re thrilled to welcome Zan Eisley as the new President of the Friendly House Board! Zan brings over two decades of experience in behavioral health, crisis management, and psychiatric interventions. As the founder of Eisley Consulting, she has revolutionized the approach to acute psychiatric interventions and is a fierce advocate for destigmatizing mental illness through policy change.

Zan’s career began in 2003 when she ran one of the first structured sober livings in Los Angeles. She later became VP of Hightower Associates, where she trained interventionists across the U.S. and Canada. Her expertise in crisis intervention and complex case management led her to establish Eisley Consulting, where she works with executives, families, and treatment centers.

Holding a master’s degree in social work from NYU, Zan is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery. We’re honored to have her leadership at Friendly House!
