I made some quick and easy pizza chips to snack on today
I put grated parmesan cheese in my whoopie pie pan mold, (if you don’t have one, just use a parchment lined baking sheet) baked it at 350 until brown, brushed some sugar free marinara sauce on it, topped with a little grated mozzarella, mini pepperoni’s and baked them in the oven again until the cheese on top was melted
Once they’re cooled down some, remove from pan and place on a paper towel to absorb extra cheese grease, but if cheese grease is your thang, grease on! ✌🏼

Anyone else starting to test out keto friendly recipes for Holidays? Make sure to save this one! These bad boys are super easy to whip up and you can’t even tell they’re keto. You can also make a bunch ahead of time to store in the fridge and reheat the next morning for breakfast sandwiches.

Here’s the recipe: ⤵️
Ingredients:
* 4 eggs
* 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
* 1 cup almond flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 2 tbsp butter melted
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
* Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.�
* Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add cheddar cheese, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.�
* Use a large spoon to scoop the dough onto a baking sheet. This recipe should make 10 smaller biscuits or 8 large ones. Top with optional chopped parsley.�
* Bake cheddar biscuits in the oven for 15 minutes.
