This image was created around six years ago as a statement about freedom of speech, women's rights, the right to think and act for oneself, and progress in general, in solidarity with women globally. I look at this image now with new eyes and feel so much more.

The Good Life Health Food Centre has always been on the front lines for civil rights, human rights, and the restoration of civilization as required to bring us out of the dark ages we have endured since Hannibal the great Carthaginian general had mercy upon Scipio Africanus of Rome.

We as the human race must stop the senselessness that is running rampant. Embrace the repair of our world. Each of us must humble ourselves unto our brothers and sisters. We can choose to put down our weapons. We must end the cycle of suffering that we propagate upon each other. And, to those that hold puppet strings and machinate unrest for control of resources, all things come to an end. What goes up must come down and all that physics stuff.

So, tonight say your prayers before bed and imagine our whole world in solidarity ushering in a new golden era of enlightenment in action healing everyone and everything.
When we align our thoughts and words with the action we wish to manifest incredible things begin to happen.

I know that the situation in Israel/Palestine is so painful. But, to my friends who haven't seen this before please remember that there are black Jewish men and women in the holy land as well. They left Ethiopia due to persecution for being Hebrews. Now imagine how it feels to be African diaspora in Israel/Palestine. You think you're stressed out lol. You have no idea unless you have been in a war zone, and have also been persecuted for being who you are.

Hip Hop has always represented the underdog. And so I will say that the "Stop the Violence" movement applies more than ever. Your perspective and knowledge base has much to do with your political, economic, and social habits. If only we were all more informed of our human history and collective consciousness.

Wishing us all love, light, and solidarity.

And again, Israel/Palestine sits on the African tectonic plate. It is part of ancient Africa. Do you not have eyes to see and comprehend with?

Today, the youngest of The Good Life grandson's has turned 10! Oh mom, I wish you were here physically so Ellis could hug you and speak with you, and understand the brilliance that he comes from. I am doing my best mom to raise him right with respect for life, elders, and knowledge.

Please bless your grandson on his special tenth anniversary around our sun. We love you and miss you from here to infinity.

Good Lifers, please send out blessings spoken on the wind for Ellis. He is a great young man and will be even greater one day with our village guiding him.
