I’m starting a new Body & Mind Transformation Group, and I’m looking for 20 guys that have had some challenges getting back in shape after an injury or surgery. I had a hip replacement surgery a year ago, and found amazing ways to recover, look, and feel better! Over the years, I’ve worked with all types of mobility and strength issues. As we mature, it becomes difficult to just get going, and when we do, we notice our pain that much more.
