One year since I last held you.
One year since I last kissed you.
One year since I last saw you.
One year since I held you while your heart stopped beating.
One year since you went to heaven and I had to live every waking moment without you.

I promised I would be present for you, for Piper and daddy! And here we are a year later and I’ve kept that promise! I miss you so much sweet boy! Keep showing up for us. As much as we want you here you are no longer in pain or living in the hospital walls! I love you my boy. Till I see you again you are forever in my heart! ❤️👼🏻🕊️

We are back in the PICU. But at UCLA this time. Decker was super upset for over 12 hours. Steven and I took him to Henry Mayo where bad went to worse. He has some sort of infection. His heart stopped twice and I was removed form the room while they were giving cpr to my sweet boy. I thought we lost him. He’s being monitored very closely now, and in great hands. We love this little fighter more then he will ever know.
