Week 2 of a changed Leg Day to accommodate Ab Work Through Planks, both Static and Dynamic

-Warm Up: Bridges and Side Plank
-Split Squats, Dumbbell RDLs
-Hip Thrust w/Abduction
-Cable Leg Extensions
-Band Leg Curls
-Ab Wheel, Suspension Straight Plank (Dynamic Planks)
So far enjoying it. Decided to do Planks because it's pretty friendly to plug into a program and significantly increases Core EMG without reps, just holds. It's nice to not worry about Reps EVERY time
