I find myself returning 2 basics in my belief system. It is offering a calm space w/peace. Among the current disconnct so many seem to trudge along with ... There is an excitement that accompanies mywalk each day that encourages strengh in my convictiI find ons, restores hope among such chaos that is constanty being ded that a practice of cruelty & violence, open, unapoogetic racism - along with age, religion, gender, add infinitum. I find myself *once again) speaking out when ignorance is being spouted & the regimine of assorted assualts to our personhood make a move to endorse, support & make normal .. all the hatred, isolation, violence & the many seeds of doscontent that serve to undermind the focus of appreciating your value & placing value on a truth that "I can only do well when you do well".
With this I will end with what was a signature ... SPREAD JOY! ... jOY is so much more than the happy feelings that come and go with what is often matrial gain. It is like your favorite roller coaster ride ... after the first slow climb it is a few minutes of a wonderfull dopepamine injection into your existence - for that moment.
I hope everyone reading this might make a commitment to change (through Life-Affirming paths only) I personally extend my most sincere & deepest respect, admiration & gratitude for YOUR PARTICIPATION IN LIFE

where can a meaning to hope be fully recognized? Isthere an actual moment that a defining meaning be left to keep the promise of truth. Isn't it more likely that time itself will emerge triumphant to whatever aspect be placed at the seat of need and blessed by the virtues lost in some painful play which appears from the shadows of tears that history lead into the familiar broken promise that had been .left more times than memory had the ability to recall....
