Everything that you currently have in your life it is because of the choices and decisions you have made in the past, if you wish to have a different life, you have to make different choices.
You can improve your health.
You can increase your longevity.
You can increase your happiness.
You can improve your financial situation.
You can enhance the quality of your life experiences.
All of the above can be done simply by making new choices and new decisions.
Start with a clear goal in mind, commit to it, and then learn everything you must learn to make that goal a reality.
There are no limits to what you can accomplish in life, except the limits you accept for yourself.
One of my goals is to live as healthy for as long as possible so that I can perform and give my best to this world.
Here are a few practices I have been doing to improve my health and increase my lifespan:
1. Fasting - there are many benefits of restricting from eating food, hormonal balance, DNA repair, autophagy (the process of self-repair and self-rejuvenation), fat-burning, enhanced mood due to hormonal and neurotransmitter balance,
2. Practicing PURE JOY - it has been said that pure joy is the best medicine for the body, mind, and soul, and that is because of the elevated emotions (chemicals) that run through our nervous system when we're feeling truly happy, other benefits of feeling joy are: being present here and now, increase focused/concentration, genes regulations, DNA repair, increase personal magnetism, transcending our limitations, etc.
3. Improving my breath - it has been said that breath is life and for a good reason, breath is the bridge between the spiritual and physical world. Breath has the power to transform our life experiences and our reality. Still don't know why, but it has been said that the amount of breaths we take per minute will either increase or decrease our lifespan, the fewer breaths we take the longer we will live.
4. Daily practice of meditation - helped me to realize who I am, and why am I here. There are so many benefits of practicing meditation such as higher self-awareness = self-knowledge, improved concentration, and great practice for self-realization and transformation.

5. Gratitude - has helped me to focus on what is good in my life rather than on my problems. It shifts my consciousness and therefore my vibrations, gratitude has the power to change our reality based on our personal beliefs. I highly recommend practicing gratitude on a regular basis, it can completely transform your life.
6. Collagen Elixir - our body is made out of proteins, one of the most abundant proteins within the body is collagen type 1. Every single second over 1 million cells die and they have to be replaced with new cells. Collagen is the main building block for our body to repair and rejuvenate. That's why consuming collagen daily is very important for your health, well-being, and longevity.
