The title clip for a show idea, "Bored, Crazy Cooking with Kyle". This was recorded on my Google Pixel 3. Not a big deal, just experimenting and trying things out. I have a background in cooking, in fact it's one of my favorite things to do. My motto has always been, "foods before dudes!"
This is an insane, unconventional experiment I have called, "I Guess That's A Casserole? BBQ Tuna and Cheese Macaroni Casserole" ⁉️🥘⁉️
✔️ ~:Ingredients:~
• Cheese Macaroni (1 box is best for this recipe)
• 2 cans of tuna
• 2parts honey BBQ sauce
• 1part lemon pepper
• 1part basil
• 3 eggs
• 1part butter
🧑🍳 First: Following the instructions of your chosen cheese macaroni brand usually found on the box itself, start that process now. normally you would fill a pot with about 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil, set the temperature on medium to high. (tip: add salt to the water, just a small amount will do. the salt will keep the pasta from sticking together as they cook in the pot). Once you see the water is boiling (meaning it is consistently bubbling and steaming), turn the temperature down a bit and add the dry macaroni (be sure to remove the cheese packet before you do, this will be added later). Set a timer for 12 minutes.
➡️ Next: In a clean microwave safe bowl, crack open each of the three eggs into the bowl, careful to not get any egg shell in the mixture. Which this up as good as you can then open the tuna cans with can opener, drain the juices of the can. add tuna to the whisked egg mix. Add the lemon pepper and the basil, and the honey BBQ. Mix this really well, you want the egg to be fully mixed into the tuna and same with the flavors (herbs and bbq sauce). Transfer the well-mixed seasoned, bbq tuna and egg mixture to a microwave safe bowl and cover it with a paper towel. Set the microwave for 3 minutes, (tip: keep your eye on this as when you microwave raw egg, it tends to explode especially if you didn't whisk it fully beforehand). Each time it finishes, stir the mixture, checking to make sure all the egg is cooked, so it should not be watery or have much liquid when it's ready. Two 3 minute intervals should do the trick, storing the mixture after each 3 minutes in microwave, 6 minutes of microwave cook time all together.
➡️ Finally: The macaroni is most likely done or close to done, check to be sure. the noodles will be soft and much larger, they won't be hard at all. If they are done turn the stove top off and carefully drain the hot water in the sink from the pot. Try not to lose any macaroni in the process, using a large collinder will make this easy (it's a large bowl with many holes or slits in it specifically for draining liquids out). Return the pasta to the pot and add the butter and empty the cheese packet you set aside earlier into the now drained pot of macaroni (tip: adding a bit of milk is a good touch and helps the macaroni keep a creamy taste and texture) stir in the butter and cheese packet contents and bit of milk (if desired or available) until the cheese and butter melt and the milk blends with the macaroni. Portion out the Mac n cheese into individual bowls per person.
😉 I suggest letting your guests add the bbq tuna/egg mix themselves as they may only want a little or a lot depending on their preference.
✅ Voila! 🥳👏🙌

So this show idea seemed natural, and kinda just happened. I was making food for my buddy, but having limited ingredients to work with I just threw together what I could and the results were the idea for this show.
🚀 Experimental, contemporary, cooking for mad scientists who aren't afraid to play with different culinary mediums, and flavors.
Having experience with digital content I will admit that working with videos is not my forté, yet not knowing how to do a thing has never stopped me from giving it a whirl. The only way to figure it out in my mind, is to do it and edit later.
