You know that feeling when you pull something out of your closet that you used to love - but now it’s a little worn, a little dated… maybe those cut-outs on the sleeves that once felt fabulous just don’t fit your vibe anymore?
That’s kind of how outgrowing works.
Growth gets all the glory: the new beginnings, the big visions, the sparkle of becoming.
But outgrowing is just as sacred.
It’s the quiet moment when what once fit perfectly no longer feels like you, and your energy starts nudging you toward what’s next.
For weeks, I felt like I was pushing - showing up, working hard, doing all the things that used to flow so easily.
But suddenly, nothing was landing.
What once felt light now felt heavy and stuck.
Then last week, it all came to a head.
After uploading my latest meditation to Spotify, I got a notice that it was pulled down for copyright infringement.
Except… there was no infringement. I had purchased a license to use the music years ago.
It was just a computer error.
But with no one to actually speak to at Spotify, endless messaging loops, and zero resolution - I broke.
I felt frustrated, defeated, and honestly, just tired.
And then, in that break, inspiration flooded in.
I realized what was really happening: the Universe was giving me a nudge.
It was time to see that I’d outgrown my podcast as it is. I’ve loved every part of creating Mindful Moments, but I can feel it.
Something new is ready to be born. Something that feels lighter, freer… Unweighted.
More on that soon. 💫
Is there something that once lit you up, but now feels heavy?
“I no longer force what’s meant to evolve.”
Outgrowing doesn’t mean losing - it means refining. It’s the art of honoring what once served you and making space for what’s meant for you now. 🍁
