***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***

On 11/13/25, Warren Police Detectives located Lewis Powell III (DOB: 01/03/1996) in the area of Mcmyler St & Dickey Ave. Detectives were aware that Powell had multiple secret indictments for his arrest through Trumbull County Common Pleas, as a result of an investigation conducted by the Warren Police Department Street Crimes Unit. Powell was placed into custody and transported to the Trumbull County Jail where he is currently housed.

Lewis Powell III was charged with the following offenses relating to the 2023 deaths of two individuals:

Count 1:
Involuntary Manslaughter (F1) ORC 2903.04(A) & 2903.04(C);

Count 2:
Involuntary Manslaughter (F1) ORC 2903.04(A) & 2903.04(C);

Count 3:
Corrupting Another With Drugs (F2) ORC 2925.02(A)(3) & 2925.02(C)(1);

Count 4:
Corrupting Another With Drugs (F2) ORC 2925.02(A)(3) & 2925.02(C)(1);

- Additionally, Lewis Powell III was charged with the following unrelated offenses:

Possession Of A Fentanyl-Related Compound (F5) ORC 2925.11(A) & 2925.11(C)(11)(a);

Count 6:
Aggravated Possession Of Drugs (F3) ORC 2925.11(A) & 2925.11(C)(1)(b);
