It’s been a while since I’ve been on social, so please allow me to reintroduce myself. . .
My name is Ayla Donlin. I’m a fitness & wellness coach. I help women achieve their wellness goals & live the wellness lifestyles they desire - because nothing beats feeling well.
I’m also a partner, a mom, a teacher…and many other roles many of us play in life.
Currently, I am in a season of feeling really good - feeling like my lifestyle aligns with my priorities, values, and strengths. Feeling clear, calm, and strong.
I’m 20 years into my career as a fitness & wellness professional, and while I’ll never claim to have it all figured out 🤪, I’ve gained enough knowledge, experience, and insight to have a solid framework dialed in. The best part - I’m committed to continuously learn and improve - for myself and in service of my clients and students. I invite you to join me on that journey. . .
I’ve always loved fitness and wellness, but it’s taken me a while to find the right rhythm and flow.
Sharing some honest lessons from my 20’s & 30’s into my 40’s below. . .
I spent my late teens and early 20’s struggling with perfectionism and people pleasing. Overreaching and overextending were my familiar friends as I worked toward what I thought was the ideal. I did not realize it at the time, but I was attempting to keep anxious feelings/thoughts quiet by filling my schedule and by controlling food and exercise. This resulted in an unhealthy relationship with food, exercise, and managing time/energy. For example, I literally tracked everything I ate for almost 5 years. . .
