Here’s their lovely story on how they met:
“Micky and I met through MeetJew at the height of the pandemic. We became friends for the first year as I was working as a medic and didn’t want to give anyone COVID. Fast forward about a year and I got back into contact with her. She invited me to join her nightly zooms with her friends she made through Meetjew. She and I hit it off immediately, and next thing I know I am driving 3 hours away to have a date with her and 3 hours back the same day. The 6 hours of driving just for a first date is what sold her. Meetjew has been an incredible resource for us and the community, both during COVID and today with rising antisemitism. Don’t give up, your person is out there! If it weren’t for MeetJew who knows if or how we would’ve met.”
