The day you don’t want to miss is January 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Yvonne B. Burke Sports Complex located at 5401 S. Fairfax, Los Angeles, CA 90056. Adequate parking is available.

Start the year off right by joining us as we encourage and motivate one another to keep our commitment to consistent daily exercise. Choose consistency over complacency. Consistency is the key.

There is NO pressure……walk at your own pace. Water will be provided.

PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise held our November “Walk With Me” day this morning at Darby Park in Inglewood.

We had a great time doing what is absolutely necessary to maintain our physical and mental health. Good company, great conversation and excellent motivation. I was so glad to see several of our walkers who walked with us early on.

I invite everyone to join us on our December “Walk With Me” day. Come out and start the process of attaining, sustaining, and nurturing your physical and mental health through physical activity .

I was so glad to welcome so many first time participants. Bonita Calloway Smith and her sisters, all the way from Ohio joined us in doing what was absolutely necessary. We had such a good time motivating one another.
