Finding a space where you feel truly seen and understood is a vital part of the healing journey. 🕊️

I’m opening up an intimate, 8-week in-person therapy group specifically for women who are adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). This is a small, safe container, limited to just 5 members, where we can gently explore grounding techniques, set healthy boundaries, and navigate the complexities of intimacy and psychoeducation together.

When: Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM

Healing starts with connection. Over the years of working with trauma, survivors have told me that groups have been the most valuable to them in their treatment. There is something that cannot replace the experience of being seen, heard, and understood by someone else who has gone through the same trauma. Healing from sexual abuse can be a lifelong journey, but it is possible. Connect with others in person with small groups offered at my new office location in Los Angeles in Larchmont Village.
