Ellen Morano

Ellen Morano I help moms with pre-school children having tantrums and meltdowns. I worked in the Animation Industry for 15 years. It was now positive and hopeful.

I started as a Payroll Clerk, moved on to Production Assistant, then on to working as an Overseas Production Coordinator for a British Producer. I traveled to London for a Production Meeting and began receiving payment while working in the Philippines. For all these blessings, in spite of the health challenges I have encountered due to stress and juggling family with intense work demands, I am extremely grateful. In 1993, I studied Pranic Healing in Tagaytay, Philippines, to help me with my asthma. Breathing properly and feeling physically healthy in order to work efficiently was a miraculous experience! For me, the best part of learning Pranic Healing teachings was the change in my perspective on life. I attribute the success of my life to removing stressful energetic blockages through Pranic Healing. I am currently in Los Angeles, California, with an Energy Healing business of my own. We have helped people with anxiety, stress, and physical conditions as well as the effects of those challenges. Children love what I do. Every time they are not feeling well, they ask their parents to take them to see Ellen. I specialize in helping parents with tantrum children. Yes, Pranic Healing techniques help both the tantrum child and their parents work through the emotions causing and surrounding tantrum outbursts. I also assist and am a regular review student of Master Stephen Co. I have studied in the Anthony Robbins Mastery University - Date With Destiny, the Tony Robbins Business Mastery and Wealth Mastery, and am a Certified Knowledge Broker. Constant learning is a MUST for me. I have learned and continue to learn from greats such as Dean Graziosi, Kim Walsh Phillips, Bari Baumgardner and Blue Melnick, and Rich Kozak to grow and learn how to improve myself to serve others well and serve as many people as I am meant to.

As we close out this month of gratitude, let us remember that thankfulness isn’t just for the big moments. It lives in the quiet ones, too. The early morning cuddles, the laughter at the dinner table, the bedtime stories, and even the moments that test our patience.

Every day of motherhood offers something to be thankful for:
🌼 Grace when we feel imperfect.
🌼 Growth through the challenges.
🌼 Connection in the smallest moments.
🌼 Love that never stops expanding.

Let’s carry this gratitude forward, not just for November, but into every season. Because when we lead with thankfulness, we nurture joy, calm, and deeper connection with our children and ourselves. 🌷

Grace and gratitude grow best when we pause to notice the good, right where we are.

From my heart to yours, thank you for sharing this journey with me. 💕

Today, I’m especially thankful for you — the moms who give, love, nurture, and keep showing up, even on the hard days. 💖

Motherhood is a journey of grace, not perfection. So today, take a moment to breathe it all in — the laughter, the chaos, the love — and give thanks for the beauty within it all.

Be thankful for the hugs that melt your heart, the lessons your children teach you, and the quiet moments that remind you just how precious this season of life is.

Gentle Reminder:
You don’t have to do it all today. Be present. Be grateful. And let grace fill your heart.

From my heart to yours — wishing you a peaceful, joy-filled Thanksgiving surrounded by love and gratitude. 🍂💛

Motherhood is the greatest teacher, showing us strength we didn’t know we had and patience we didn’t think possible. 🌺

Be thankful for the lessons, even the hard ones. They shape you into a more compassionate, grounded, and grace-filled mom.

Here's another great affirmation for you to repeat to yourself often: “I’m thankful for what I’m learning about myself, my children, and the power of love.”

This month, I’m most thankful for grace - the gentle reminder that I don’t have to do it all or be it all. 💖

Grace helps me breathe when the day feels heavy, forgive when I fall short, and love myself through it all.

Remind yourself about this throughout your day today: You are doing your best.

Be thankful for the grace that carries you through every season. 🌿

Motherhood is filled with small, sacred moments of connection - giggles, hugs, and late-night talks. 💕

Be thankful for these simple joys that remind you what truly matters. Presence, not perfection, builds the bond and makes life rich. 🌸

Practice gratitude tonight: Tell your child one reason you’re thankful for them. Watch their heart bloom. 🌟

Every mom’s path looks different, and that’s something to celebrate. 🌷

Be thankful for your unique journey: the challenges that made you stronger, the lessons that shaped your heart, and the love that continues to grow.

Reflect on this: Instead of comparing, give thanks for how far you’ve come. You are evolving beautifully.

In the stillness—between the noise, the schedules, and the “what’s next?”—lives gratitude.

Be thankful for the quiet moments: the shared smiles, the soft cuddles, and even the peaceful sighs after a long day.

Practice being thankful for the quiet moments: Tonight, pause for one minute of silence. Feel your breath. That’s grace in motion.

Motherhood gives us countless opportunities to start again. 💕

Each new day is a chance to show more patience, offer more love, and give ourselves more grace.

Be thankful for the do-overs, those moments when you choose understanding instead of frustration, and love instead of guilt.

Remember this, Mama. Every sunrise is a fresh start. You’re always allowed to begin again.

I am especially thankful for grace, the gentle whisper that reminds me I don’t have to be perfect to be loved. 🌸

Grace allows me to show up, messy bun and all, and still be enough.

I’m thankful for the power of forgiveness, especially forgiving myself. 💕
Motherhood is full of “I wish I’d done it differently” moments. But when I let go of guilt, I make space for healing and joy.

Reflect on this today:
Say to yourself, “I forgive me.” Then, feel the peace that follows.

In the stillness, I find clarity. In the quiet, I reconnect with myself.
I’m thankful for the moments I slow down enough to feel—to breathe, to rest, to just be.

Practice this today:
Take 3 deep breaths right now. Feel your shoulders drop. That’s gratitude in motion. How do you feel? Share it in the comments.

I’m thankful for connection—the giggles, the tears, the “mama, watch this!” moments that remind me what really matters. 💕

Connection doesn’t require perfection, only presence.

Practice this for connection to where love lives:
Put the phone down, make eye contact, and really listen. That’s where love lives.

My Story

I Learned Pranic Healing® from the Founder of Pranic Healing - Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui back in 1993. Now, Master Stephen Co, a direct disciple of Grandmaster, directly mentors her work here in the USA.

On the same year, I recovered from Asthma by complementing my medication with Pranic Healing. It made my medication work effectively and in a short period of time, I was not dependent on them anymore. ⁣ ⁣ Now, I continue my Pranic Healing regimen, breathing exercises, physical massage therapy, aromatherapy and eating the right kind of food. ⁣ ⁣

Encouraged by my two Masters, I saw positive results on my years of facilitating free Pranic Healing clinics. I then finally started my own Private Healing Practice in Los Angeles in 2013.

By complementing western medicine with Advanced Pranic Healing & Psychotherapy, my clients were able to recover from serious ailments much faster. Some were able to completely recover from debilitating illnesses. I offer one on one healing session and remote/distant healing session.
