Ellen Morano

Ellen Morano I help moms with pre-school children having tantrums and meltdowns. I worked in the Animation Industry for 15 years. It was now positive and hopeful.

I started as a Payroll Clerk, moved on to Production Assistant, then on to working as an Overseas Production Coordinator for a British Producer. I traveled to London for a Production Meeting and began receiving payment while working in the Philippines. For all these blessings, in spite of the health challenges I have encountered due to stress and juggling family with intense work demands, I am extremely grateful. In 1993, I studied Pranic Healing in Tagaytay, Philippines, to help me with my asthma. Breathing properly and feeling physically healthy in order to work efficiently was a miraculous experience! For me, the best part of learning Pranic Healing teachings was the change in my perspective on life. I attribute the success of my life to removing stressful energetic blockages through Pranic Healing. I am currently in Los Angeles, California, with an Energy Healing business of my own. We have helped people with anxiety, stress, and physical conditions as well as the effects of those challenges. Children love what I do. Every time they are not feeling well, they ask their parents to take them to see Ellen. I specialize in helping parents with tantrum children. Yes, Pranic Healing techniques help both the tantrum child and their parents work through the emotions causing and surrounding tantrum outbursts. I also assist and am a regular review student of Master Stephen Co. I have studied in the Anthony Robbins Mastery University - Date With Destiny, the Tony Robbins Business Mastery and Wealth Mastery, and am a Certified Knowledge Broker. Constant learning is a MUST for me. I have learned and continue to learn from greats such as Dean Graziosi, Kim Walsh Phillips, Bari Baumgardner and Blue Melnick, and Rich Kozak to grow and learn how to improve myself to serve others well and serve as many people as I am meant to.

Mama, your children don’t just learn from your words.

They learn from your pauses.
Your boundaries.
Your forgiveness toward yourself.

When you let go of perfection, they learn resilience.
When you practice self-compassion, they learn emotional safety.
When you choose presence over productivity, they learn connection.

This is the heart of motherhood.

Not control.
Not pressure.
But modeling what love looks like in real life.

You are showing them how to feel, how to recover, and how to grow, simply by being human.

As January closes, remember:
You’re not just raising children.

You’re shaping hearts.

💬 How will you show yourself kindness today?

So many of us think transformation has to come from a big moment.

But I’ve learned your turning point often arrives quietly.

That's beautiful!

It shows up when you pause instead of rush.
When you choose rest instead of resentment.
When you speak gently to yourself after a hard day.

That’s empowerment.

You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight.
Real change begins with one small decision:
“I will respond with love today.”

That choice ripples into your home.
Your children feel it.
Your nervous system remembers it.

And slowly… peace starts to grow.

If January felt messy, that’s okay. Growth is rarely neat.

💬 What small shift are you ready to carry into February?

Mama, as January 2026 comes to a close, I want to invite you to pause for just a moment.

Not to judge how the month went.
Not to list everything you didn’t get done.
But to notice how much you showed up.

If mom guilt whispered that you weren’t enough, let this be your reminder: guilt means you care deeply, and grace reminds you that caring deeply is already powerful. 💛

This journey isn’t about becoming a different mother.
It’s about softening into who you already are.

Every breath you took instead of reacting.
Every hug you gave after a hard moment.
Every time you chose patience over pressure.

That’s growth.

As we move forward into this year, carry this with you:
You don’t need to earn your worth. You live it every day.

💬 What is one moment from January you’re proud of, Mama?

Mama, sometimes we forget that our children aren’t just watching what we do — they’re learning from how we treat ourselves.

Every time you speak kindly to yourself…
Every time you rest instead of push…
Every time you choose compassion over criticism…

…you’re teaching your children what healthy love looks like.

You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to be enough.

As you learn to love yourself more gently, your little ones learn that love can be soft, patient, and real. And truly, that’s one of the greatest gifts you can give them this year. 💕

So today, take a breath. Place a hand on your heart. And remember, when you grow, they grow too.

💬 What’s one small way you’ll show yourself kindness today, Mama?

Mama… the new year doesn’t come with a checklist.
It doesn’t demand perfection.
And it definitely doesn’t ask you to carry more guilt.

Instead… see it as an invitation. 💛

An invitation to choose:
✨ Grace over guilt - because you’ve been doing your best all along.
✨ Connection over control - because love grows in the moments, not the rules.
✨ Understanding over judgment - for your child and for yourself.

This year, you don’t have to become a “better mom.”
You just have to become a softer one… with yourself.

One breath at a time.
One moment at a time.
One loving choice at a time.

💬 What are you choosing more of this year - grace, connection, or understanding?

01/22/2026

Mama… I need you to hear this today:

There is no timeline for healing.
There is no deadline for becoming.
And there is no “right pace” for parenting.

Some seasons you’ll feel strong and steady.
Others you’ll feel tender, tired, and unsure.

But that doesn’t mean you’re failing!
It means you’re human. 💛

Your children don’t need a perfect version of you.
They need a real one.

A mom who listens with her heart.
A mom who takes the next step when she’s ready.
A mom who honors her own pace instead of rushing to “fix” everything.

Because when you slow down and give yourself grace,
you teach your children that growth doesn’t have to be forced.

It can be gentle.
It can be steady.
It can be yours.

What’s one area of your life where you’re permitting yourself to grow slowly?

01/21/2026

Mama… as you step into this year, I want to gently remind you of something:

You don’t have to have all the right words.
You don’t have to “teach” perfectly.
You don’t have to do motherhood like a lesson plan.

Because your child is learning from something even deeper…

💛 Love teaches more than lectures.
🌸 Grace teaches more than rules.
☀️ Presence teaches more than perfection.

They are watching how you respond when you’re tired…
How you repair when you’ve had a hard moment…
How you soften instead of rushing…

And every time you choose love -
even imperfect love -
you are shaping their heart.

So if this year feels messy, emotional, or exhausting…

Remember:
your love is the curriculum.
And you are teaching beautifully.

🤍 What’s one simple way you’re choosing presence with your child today?

Mama… can I remind you of something today?

No one wakes up patient.

Patience isn’t something you either “have” or “don’t have.”
It’s something you practice, especially on the hard days.

Because motherhood will stretch you…
Toddler emotions will rise fast…
And sometimes your nervous system will feel like it’s running on empty.

But here’s the beautiful part:

Every time you pause instead of react…
Every time you take one deep breath…
Every time you choose a softer response…

You’re teaching your child what to do with big feelings.

You’re showing them:
“It’s safe to feel.”
“It’s okay to calm down.”
“Love stays, even when emotions are big.”

So, if you’ve lost your patience today…
take that big breath and begin again.

Grace isn’t perfection.
Grace is returning.

You’re doing better than you think, mama. 🤍

Mama… one of the most powerful ways to connect with your child isn’t through fixing. It’s not correcting. It’s not rushing...

Mama… one of the most powerful ways to connect with your child isn’t through fixing.

It’s not correcting.
It’s not rushing to teach a lesson.
It’s not trying to make the big feelings disappear.

It’s simply this:

Listen.

Just being there…
with your eyes…
your calm presence…
your open heart…

That’s what makes your child feel safe.

Because when a child feels heard, they feel understood.
And when they feel understood… they feel loved. 💛

Next time your little one is upset, try saying:

💬 “I’m here. Tell me what you feel.”
💬 “That sounds really hard.”
💬 “Thank you for telling me.”

You don’t have to have perfect words, mama.

You just have to be willing to listen.

Mama… you don’t have to carry yesterday into today. You don’t need to replay last year’s moments in your mind:- the times...
01/16/2026

Mama… you don’t have to carry yesterday into today.

You don’t need to replay last year’s moments in your mind:
- the times you lost your patience
- felt overwhelmed
- wish you had done things differently

That version of you was doing the best she could with what she had.

Today is a fresh start.
Not because you’re “starting over," but because every single day gives you a new chance to 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘴𝘦 grace.

A new chance to pause.
A new chance to breathe.
A new chance to respond with love.

And that, mama…

That’s growth.
Not perfection.
Not never making mistakes.

Just…
choosing again.

💬 What’s one thing you’re ready to release from yesterday?

01/15/2026

This year, I want you to remember something important…

You don’t have to disappear to be a good mom.

When your child sees you:
✨ rest when you’re tired
✨ say “no” when you’re overwhelmed
✨ take a breath when emotions rise
✨ care for your body and heart

…you’re not being selfish.

You’re teaching them something powerful:

💛 Love includes boundaries.
💛 Love includes rest.
💛 Love includes self-respect.

Because one day, your child will grow up and remember what you modeled.

And when they care for themselves without guilt?
That will be part of your legacy.

So go ahead, Mama…
drink the water, take the break, ask for help, protect your peace.

Your needs matter too.

💬 What’s one way you’re going to care for yourself this week?

My Story

I Learned Pranic Healing® from the Founder of Pranic Healing - Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui back in 1993. Now, Master Stephen Co, a direct disciple of Grandmaster, directly mentors her work here in the USA.

On the same year, I recovered from Asthma by complementing my medication with Pranic Healing. It made my medication work effectively and in a short period of time, I was not dependent on them anymore. ⁣ ⁣ Now, I continue my Pranic Healing regimen, breathing exercises, physical massage therapy, aromatherapy and eating the right kind of food. ⁣ ⁣

Encouraged by my two Masters, I saw positive results on my years of facilitating free Pranic Healing clinics. I then finally started my own Private Healing Practice in Los Angeles in 2013.

By complementing western medicine with Advanced Pranic Healing & Psychotherapy, my clients were able to recover from serious ailments much faster. Some were able to completely recover from debilitating illnesses. I offer one on one healing session and remote/distant healing session.
