So many lies about peptides right now

RFK Jr. recently said he wants to move peptides to a different regulatory category. That has NOT happened as of today.

Yet I’m seeing more and more posts claiming that peptides are now fully approved or unrestricted. That is simply not true.

Here’s the reality:
Peptides can be powerful tools for fat loss, recovery, and longevity. I use them in my practice and my patients do very well. But they should be prescribed, monitored, and used under proper medical supervision.

Be careful who you trust online. Not everything you hear is accurate.

“Immediate lift” is one of the most overused phrases on social media.

A sponge, massage tool, or lymphatic technique may temporarily reduce puffiness and improve contour for a short time. Intensely rubbing your face thinking you are repositioning muscles can increase blood flow and lead to mild swelling giving the brief appearance of a mild lift

Neither of them is the same thing as actually lifting the face.

True lifting requires addressing skin, fat, muscle, and structural support — not just vigorously rubbing your face for a few seconds on camera.

This is how people get misled online: temporary changes get marketed as permanent results.

Know the difference.
