When life starts to feel overwhelming or stressful, I invite you to take a deep breath and remember the power of शान्ति (Shanti) ☮️
In Ayurveda and yoga, Shanti means peace, tranquility, and inner calm. It’s that feeling of stillness within that helps us navigate challenges with grace and find joy in the present moment 🙏
Embracing शान्ति also encourages mindfulness and creates space for healing and reflection. It serves as a reminder of the importance of inner peace and balance in our daily lives 🦋
