Currently, at the West End Park in ATL where I will be until 6pm today. Laying out in the ☀️ Enjoying some Yoga & Meditation 🧘🏾 Reconnecting w/ the place where I hosted Soular Sundays for two years straight. It has been three years since I was last in Brazil. In February 2019, I left Brazil to head back to Ghana. I entered Ghana on March 3rd 2020 and a week later the world was shutting down because of the Covid 19 pandemic. I remained in Ghana for the next three years without traveling at all! During that time, I bought land in the Volta Region, reconnected with a former love, started a family and learned so many lessons in leadership, entrepreneurship, community and culture, spirituality and more! Fast forward to February 2023. I’m now back in Bahia, Salvador, Brazil and I’m with my family! Being out here immersed in Bahian culture, at the beaches, with friends and community and having a family to share all of that with is absolutely the best experience ever! Im so grateful for the discipline, maturity and courage it took to plan and activate the FAMILY PLAN! 🤣I feel so blessed to watch my beloveds enjoying and learning with me. To watch my daughter explore in the ocean, eat all the delicious fruits and vegetables, take her first steps while experiencing the world is everything that I always imagined for my youth and this is just the beginning!

At the top of March we will be headed back to the USA where me and .bliss will be seeing our families for the first time in years! Our daughter will be meeting her family for the first time and we get to reconnect with all of our beloveds state side! We definitely want to get a chance to connect with everyone and share all of the stories about our experiences and work in Ghana. For that reason, we are currently creating some amazing experiences in ATL that will give us a chance to share all of this Ase with you all 😁 We will also be visiting Richmond VA, Los Angeles & New York City! For now we are putting things in place to receive the participants of the BACK TO NATURE YOGA RETREAT set to kick off here on Monday, February 13th in Salvador. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming experience! First the bush for the deep spiritual healing and connection and then Carnival for the transmutation rituals!!

Greetings Beloveds. I am excited to announce that our 2023 retreat/tour calendar 🗓 is now out and registration is now open! Our first retreat is the Back To Nature Yoga Retreat in Bahia, Brazil! 🇧🇷 Due to the pandemic, its been almost three years since our last retreat in Brazil 😩 The Back To Nature Yoga Retreat (February 13th-20th 2023) is a beautiful naturist healing experience at a beautiful Eco Park in 80 thousand square meters of Native Atlantic Forest biome of Salvador, Bahia, which consists of dense rainforest, rivers, & waterfalls. We also get to enjoy Carnival in Salvador!! Fortunately, carnival resumed in full form this year and we are excited to be among in February 2023! The registration deadline is November 5th. We will be hosting a Zoom meet-up on October 15th to answer any questions and to give potential participants a chance to connect with each other before the retreat.
